💡 Please Read Before Booking
All students are kindly asked to read the Student Policy before purchasing or scheduling any lessons. It includes important details about how lessons are run, cancellations, communication expectations, and more. By booking, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the policy. Thank you!

👥 Who I Teach
I work exclusively with adult learners (18+). This includes university students, professionals, and motivated learners of all backgrounds.
Please note: I do not currently teach children or teenagers under 18. However, I do hold an enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance and regularly complete safeguarding training. If you wish to purchase classes for a young adult (16-18 years old), please contact me to discuss the prospect.

  • In the case of classes with a minor:

    • an adult must be present in the room for the full duration of the lesson.

    • all lessons will be recorded for safety purposes.

    • the parent or guardian will be responsible for all payments, and if the young learner is absent, no refund will be issued.

💻 Technology & Setup
• Platform: All classes are held on Zoom, unless you specifically request Google Meet. (this must be discussed and agreed in advance of the first session.)

• Before your first session, we’ll have a free consultation during which we can check your internet connection, audio, video, and Zoom setup.

• Please try to use a quiet space with a reliable internet connection.

• If the I deem your location poses health and safety risks, such as being conducted while you are driving, the session will be paused until you can find a safe place to stop. Additional time will not be added.

• Only technical problems on my side will result in a rescheduled lesson.

• Cameras: You’re expected to keep your camera on to support natural communication. We may both turn cameras off for specific tasks, like telephone English.
• Recording: Lessons are not recorded by default. If you’d like a recording, just ask in advance.
